That’s the golden question. Most accounts are resolved in 45 days, but it can be as short as a day and as long as a year. We always ask our clients for 90 days to work files so we can deploy all our resources.

If our collection efforts fall short, we can either release the account back to you or we can have our legal division take a look at the file. If you approve to move forward with legal, the file will be sent to a collection attorney in our network who will represent your case in court.
